It was one of the worst experiences we have ever had travelling. From the water leaks, and smell of mould coming from under the seat. Awning was broken so could not use it. Wipers needed replacing Toilet cassette wheel broken TV could get no signal Front seats filthy, and uncomfortable Vehicle was not washed when we picked it up. I would never hire this again.

We had a great trip and picked the van for easy setup and pack up as we had a schedule to keep too. All expectations were met.

The van was great. The hand over was in video format (no in person handover) but Bronson's video was thorough and easy to understand and the RV was ready for us to drive away. We loved that the side extended outwards to create a luxurious space inside. Bronson (and his colleagues) were able to immediately reply to any questions that I had. Would definitely hire again.

Unfortunately we had two significant issues with the van occur during our trip - the water pump stopped working and side extender ceased working. Both issues were looked at by professionals during the trip and we were told it is a problem with the motorhome and not due to our misuse and we continuously updated the owner. We were unable to use water or the side extender for the majority of the trip. After the trip was completed, the owner has placed us at blame for both problems saying that they occurred due to our misuse and has not accepted any fault. This is really unprofessional and has made our whole experience very unpleasant.

We did not receive a proper check in briefing, nobody was there when we picked up the van. Motorhome was not clean properly. We had problems with water, we can not re-fill, due a linking from water tank .

We were able to pick up early in the morning so didnt get an in person handover. This made things a little trickier but we worked it all out. Older van but has everything you need. The add ons can do with checking before hire as chargers and gas not supplied but when questioned we were told they normally are there. If you can do the in person handover you should as it will allow you to get anything the cleaning crew have forgotten to put back in.

We had the most wonderful time campervanning down south. The slide out made a huge difference to the space inside the van so we didnt feel like we were living on top of each other. The two electric scooters were a great addition and were well used. Thank you!

Van had damages from previous hire i noticed on pick up While on trip i damaged the rear bumper due to contact with a pole wile reversing the damage was very minor and was caused because the reverse camera update rate is very slow damage was also reported straight away The rear bumper on pick up also had other very minor damage on from previous hires that had not been repaired cracks scratches etc On retern of the van owner claimed damages that had been sustained before my hire and also wear and tear items the van was old and had lots of little issues like no gas and fridge not working also the toilet tank was not empty yet I did not complain and got this sorted myself !!! Also I paid for gen set was not supplied Scooters did not work bbq was a disgrace tv did not not work in van Was a great trip but a bit disappointed by the owners claims for damages other than the rear bumper that I admit to doing

Great holiday in the van but there were some maintenance and upkeep issues that should have been taken care of by the owner before our 18 day hire. Awning was broken, door latch missing, broken drawer latch in kitchen that wouldn't stay closed when driving, one gas bottle empty and the other only lasted a few days (very difficult to get a refill in our location), one of the front indicator lights was broken, no privacy screen was provided (as stated in hire info) for front cab when camping. We expected a more comprehensive handover than the one we received and a better maintained vehicle for the money.

Had a great little getaway in Pearl. Easy to drive and very fuel efficient. We had a few little hiccups but that was due to us being first timers, so trial and error. Very comfy and spacious, comfortable beds, and awesome shower. Bronson was a great host super friendly and hand over was quick and easy. All in All a super break. :) Dana Len Gussy and Scout

Communication between owner was very good and unfortunately the van I was supposed to hire had been in an accident which meant I was provided another van. Handover was good and I had read the information and watched the videos sent before the hire (I have also used vans before) handover location is industrial and should be considered when thinking about picking up and dropping off the van. Attention to detail could be better as some items were broken / did not work but this might be because of the accident with the original van. We enjoyed our trip.

Good van with plenty of space. Needed roadside assistance for a couple of blowouts. And was dealt with as best as possible considering where we were

The van was very spacious and had all the nic nacs for travel. There's a lot to take in if a first time motorhome traveller but Bronson followed up with a video tutorial of how things worked. I rang Bronson a couple of times and response was prompt and very clear. Had I listened in the first place I would not have had to ring at all Thanks Bronson - awesome break for us.
